Our Technology
Coating Method is an old method that there is less impregnation of long glass fibers during the coating production and makes the fibers distribution inhomogenous during injection moulding process. In other words; long glass fibers are less impregnated in Coating Method and this will lead the fibers to spread inhomogenous among the product durıng moulding. And finally, there can be changes in mechanical properties among the product.

Long Glass Fiber Reinforced Thermoplastic Composites produced by Coating Method
Pultrusion is a method that is developed in order to increase the impregnation of long glass fibers. The most important part in this production is the impregnation head where the impregnation occurs. LFT producers develop and design their own impregnation die. Consequently; all uncertainty and difficulties in this production is caused by the designed impregnation head.
